Introducing OmniSpeech AI Detect™
Real-time deepfake detection inside Zoom: Once installed from the Zoom App Marketplace, OmniSpeech AI Detect runs during live Zoom Meetings. With a simple “Start Scan” button, participants’ audio is analyzed regardless of the audio source. Detected voices are marked in real time using intuitive, color‑coded cards for each audio stream detected using Zoom RTMS:
🔴 Red = likely AI deepfake
🟡 Yellow = maybe AI deepfake
🟢 Green = likely human voice
Platform-agnostic — usable beyond Zoom audio: OmniSpeech AI Detect for Zoom, is able to detect deepfake audio regardless of audio source. This means business professionals can now treat Zoom as a universal playback and detection environment. For example: audio played back from a mobile phone, a YouTube video, or other internet source can be played during a Zoom Meeting and scanned for authenticity for authenticity using the user's built-in microphone. OmniSpeech leverages a proprietary zero shot AI model that is best-in-class for detecting “unseen” voice clones or synthetic audio generators.
API now available — deepfake detection anywhere: OmniSpeech also announced the availability of a flexible API, enabling any voice‑enabled platform — from cyber security and business apps to custom communication tools — to tap into OmniSpeech AI Detect’s next-gen deepfake detection algorithms. The new API will allow seamless integration of deepfake detection into virtually any voice or audio workflow.
Use Cases for HR, Compliance, Business Professionals — and Consumers
OmniSpeech AI Detect™ delivers real-world value across a range of scenarios:
HR & people‑ops: During remote onboarding, interviews, or employee check‑ins — validate authenticity of voices, mitigate risk of impersonation or synthetic‑voice scams.
Compliance & security teams: Detect voice spoofing in sensitive calls, financial authorizations, or internal audits — reducing risk of fraud, social engineering, or external impersonation.
Media & content review: For companies vetting audio content (e.g., podcasts, interviews, user‑generated submissions) — quickly spot synthetic segments before publishing.
Client calls & remote collaboration: Provide additional assurance during external calls or negotiations, especially when verifying identity or trust is critical.
Consumers: Now anyone can scan suspicious voice messages, scam calls, or synthetic content played through devices like phones, computers, or YouTube — simply by routing audio into a Zoom Meeting. This empowers journalists, educators, creators, and general users to independently verify the authenticity of voices they encounter online or in the media.
