OmniSpeech AI Detect™ Terms of Service

Terms of Service for OmniSpeech AI Detect™ 
Effective Date: 9/29/2025
 

Welcome to AI Detect™, a service provided by OmniSpeech Inc. (“OmniSpeech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Detect application, including any associated services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using AI Detect™ (including via the Zoom App Marketplace), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
 

1. Service Overview

AI Detect enables real-time and post-processing analysis of voice audio to determine the likelihood that a voice is generated or modified using AI technologies (deepfakes, voice synthesis, etc.). The Service is integrated with Zoom via OAuth, and may access meeting metadata and audio (with user consent) for analysis purposes.
 

2. User Eligibility


You must be:
 

  • At least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • Authorized to grant access to Zoom data associated with your account

  • Using the Service for lawful and permitted purposes only
     

3. Acceptable Use


You agree not to:
 

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the AI Detect™ models or software

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service

  • Use AI Detect™ to collect or analyze audio data without proper legal or user consent
     

4. Access to Zoom Data


When you authorize AI Detect™ through the Zoom App Marketplace, you grant us limited access to the following types of Zoom data:
 

  • Zoom user ID and profile info (e.g., display name, email if permitted)

  • Meeting metadata (meeting ID, timestamps, participants)

  • Audio streams or recordings (with explicit user consent)
     

This access is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Zoom’s data usage requirements.

You can revoke this access at any time via your Zoom account settings.
 

5. Audio Processing and Storage
 

  • Audio data is processed only with your consent, either in real time or from recordings (if permissions or features allow).

  • By default, audio is processed in-memory and is not stored.

  • If you opt in to enable persistent storage (e.g., for audit logs or reports), such storage will be encrypted and access-controlled.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have proper authorization to submit audio containing voices of other individuals.
     

6. Intellectual Property


All content, models, software, and underlying technologies used in AI Detect™ are the property of OmniSpeech or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may use the Service solely for its intended purpose, and may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.
 

7. Feedback


If you choose to provide feedback or suggestions regarding AI Detect™, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
 

8. Service Availability & Changes


We aim to maintain reliable and secure service. However, we:

  • Reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI Detect™ at any time with or without notice

  • Are not liable for any disruption or loss due to temporary or permanent suspension of the service
     

9. Disclaimers


The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
 

  • Accuracy of AI detection results

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement or error-free operation

 

You are responsible for interpreting the output of the Service appropriately and ensuring it is not used to make legally binding or discriminatory decisions.
 

10. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniSpeech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Any claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms
     

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the past 12 months.
 

11. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
 

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized access or misuse

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

 

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and revoking Zoom access.
 

12. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

 

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
 

13. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if available) or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
